Model 500 – “Controller” Power Unit
Our most popular electrochemical etching machine, approved by major aerospace corporations, features variable output voltages from 0–40 with 500 watts of power and low impedance. The Model 500 achieves etch depths up to 0.010″ with +/-0.0005″ accuracy, utilizing built-in SCR phase control circuitry, electronic timer, and pulser for true “operator-free” function.

Model 200 – “Supervisor” Power Unit
A cost-effective version of the Model 500, the Supervisor is ideal for applications where timers and pulsers are not required. It delivers the same 0–40 volt variable output, 500 watts, and low impedance as its premium counterpart, producing the same high-quality permanent mark as the Model 500.
